Questions about partnership
Who qualifies as a partner?
Licensed skincare professionals and registered businesses: skin clinics, beauty salons, dermatology practices and med spas. We may ask for proof of registration and licensing during vetting.
How long does approval take?
We reply to every application by email, usually within a few business days. Approval follows once your business details are verified.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — XCG 250 per order. Prices are shown in XCG and are tax-exclusive unless stated.
How do ordering and delivery work?
Orders are placed through your partner account and processed every Tuesday and Thursday once payment is confirmed. In-stock items are hand-delivered free within Curaçao within 2 business days of processing; on-request items take longer and are clearly marked.
Who vets partner applications?
AZKA vets every partner application as the exclusive authorized distributor for the region. mesoestetic® manufactures the line; AZKA decides who qualifies to carry it locally.
