These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AZKA Derma Distribution store and the purchase of products through it. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us AZKA Derma Distribution (KvK 163841, CRIB 102653422) is a registered business in Curaçao and the authorized exclusive distributor of mesoestetic® for the Caribbean region. Our registered address is Kaya Santiago de Chile #7, Willemstad, Curaçao.

2. Who can buy from us Sales are restricted to licensed professionals and registered businesses operating in the skincare and aesthetics field, including clinics, salons, dermatology practices, and licensed aestheticians. We may request proof of professional status or business registration before approving an account or fulfilling an order. We do not sell to consumers.

3. Accounts and approval Access to pricing and ordering requires an approved account. Account approval is at the sole discretion of AZKA Derma Distribution. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are shown in XCG and are exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of order applies. A minimum order value of XCG 250 applies. Payment is made by bank transfer or, where available, Sentoo, and must be received and confirmed before an order is processed. AZKA Derma Distribution may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

5. Products and professional use All products are supplied for professional use only. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure products are used correctly and by appropriately qualified persons. AZKA Derma Distribution is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from improper use, storage, or application of products.

6. Delivery and returns Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property All content on this store and website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of AZKA Derma Distribution or its licensors, including mesoestetic®. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZKA Derma Distribution is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
